Thomas Browne was born on 19th October 1605 in London, he was educated at Winchester and Oxford and studied medicine. He is an English physician and Prose writer. After completing a master's degree at Oxford in 1629 and then he studied medicine in Montpellier,  Padua and Leiden, where he received a degree in medicine in 1633. He travelled abroad receiving his M.D degree at Leyden in 1634. In 1635, A doctor in medicine ( A Doctor's Religion ) was a personal exercise. In 1637, he settled in Norwich, where for the remainder of his life, he successfully practised as a doctor. He died on 19th October 1682, in Norwich, England.
